Area 3 will offer at least one scholarship to national seminar or to the Area 3 2013 Directors’ Seminar. Here are locations and dates:

Date: August 16-17, 2013
The Area 3 scholarships cover registration and lodging and provide a stipend of up to $100 (Area 3 Directors’ Seminar) or $250 (national seminar) to help with transportation costs. Meals are not included other than what is included in the seminar registration fee.
To apply you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a resident of Area 3 (Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and North Carolina)
- Be a member of the Handbell Musicians of America, Inc.
- Be directing a handbell choir within Area 3 at the time of application and at the time of the seminar
- Be a first time attendee
If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please check the appropriate deadlines. Print out the National Seminar application form and TWO COPIES of the National Seminar reference form or the Scholarship application for Area 3 Directors’ Seminar and TWO COPIES of the corresponding Reference form for Area 3 Directors’ Seminar.
