Donations

Area III and AGEHR need your help to continue to provide as many services as they do to the handbell community. There are many ways you can help these programs to continue. Some of them are outlined below:

Time Commitments, Area III

- being a part of a festival music selection committee
- being an Area board member (Job descriptions of the various Area III board positions are coming soon!)
- being a local liason for a festival
- being an instructor at a festival

If you wish to help, or for more information about ways to volunteer, please contact Linda Simms.  Thank you!

Monetary Support, Area III

Scholarship Fund - The Area III Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to the National Director's Seminar and to the Area III Director's seminar to handbell directors who are Area III residents, AGEHR members, and first-time attendees. These scholarships enable many people to attend such learning events.

CHIME Loan Fund - The CHIME Loan program provides a set of either Malmark or Schulmerich handchimes and basic instruction books to two organizations a year, allowing that organization to start its own Handbell/Handchime program. The program benefits schools, churches, and other community groups. The CHIME Loan fund pays for new materials for the groups, as well as repairs to the chimes, etc.

Donations can be made in honor of someone or in memory of someone. To donate, please make checks out to the fund that you wish to contribute to. Send them to the Treasurer, at the following address:

Nancy Ritter
8916 Wellsley Way
Raleigh, NC 27613

For more information, please contact the Treasurer. Thank you!

AGEHR

If you want to help the American Guild of English Handbell Ringers, one very good way to do this is to contribute to the Endowment Fund. The Endowment Fund is used for special creative projects which benefit the world of handbell ringing.
