AREAIII.org Photo Submission Guidelines

If you have pictures you would like to contribute, please contact the webmaster to learn how.
Guidelines for pictures submitted to AreaIII.org for inclusion in the photo album:

1. If you want information about the picture (ie who is in it) to appear in the photo album, you must include this information either in the picture name or in a separate list sent with the pictures.

2. Pictures submitted must be web-formatted. This means:

a. NO SPACES IN THE TITLE
b. JPG OR GIF FORMAT
c. Landscape style pictures should be no larger than 620 x 410 pixels
d. Portrait style pictures should be no larger than 410 x 620 pixels
e. In Adobe Photoshop you can use the feature “Save for Web” which compresses the size. We prefer pictures to be “Saved for Web” before submission to the webmaster. This will reduce them to around 60 KB.
