Genesis Track--A Level 1-2 "Festival-within-a-Festival"
The Genesis Track will be offered in conjunction with two of the three 2006 Area III Spring Festival Conferences: in Hampton, Virginia (March 31-April 1) and Ocean City, Maryland (March 10-11.) This is a great opportunity for beginning handbell choirs to play the selected repertoire in an intimate ringing setting with other similar choirs. Under the direction of Carol Feather Martin, ringers will rehearse primarily levels 1 and 2 pieces, work on handbell techniques, attend at least one festival class, present a mini-concert, and enjoy the camaraderie and exciting learning experiences of an Area III festival. The repertoire is as follows:

Beside Still WatersStarks
Christ the Lord Is Risen TodayMoklebust
DanzaMcChesney
Didn't My Lord Deliver DanielPage
Good King WenceslasMorris
